Responsibilities

• 商品部門内の自動車保険部において、以下のいずれかの業務に従事いただきます。
• 【商品開発】保険商品に関する細かなルール設定を行う募集文書の作成から、補償内容・保険料・監督官庁とのやり取り、保険商品に関する照会対応など、さまざまな業務を担い、新たな価値を創造していきます。
• 【企画推進】新たに生み出された商品をどのようにお客さまに届けていくのか。マーケットのニーズ調査や販売戦略の立案、新たなセールスの仕組みづくり、営業店・代理店への研修実施を通じて、AIG の商品を広めていく役割を担います。
• 【アンダーライティング】アンダーライティングとは、保険の契約時に引き受けの可否を判断することや、どのような引受条件・保険金額・保険料率で引き受けるかなどを決める一連の業務のことです。プロフェッショナルとしてリスクを見極め、保険をビジネスとして成立させる重要な役割を担います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語力
• PC スキル（Excel/Word/PowerPoint 中級以上尚可）
• ソーシャルスキル、社内外との対人コミュニケーションスキル

歓迎条件：

• 英語力：TOEIC(R)780以上
