Responsibilities

同社の人事部長として、以下の業務をお任せします。

• 国内外拠点の人員計画立案
• 新卒及び中途採用データ分析
• 業務委託者採用データ分析
• リクルーティング最新媒体ツールの情報収集
• 上記プロダクトを用いた採用手法の見直し
• 自社採用管理ツールの運用分析・改善
• 適性検査や採用試験の導入・更新
• 入社後の社員フォロー
• 評価制度（評価・等級・報酬など）企画・改訂・新規導入
• 社員カウンセリング
• 社員教育制度立案
• 採用に関わる広報、企業ブランディング
• リクルーティング最新人材紹介会社開拓など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事採用マネージャー経験2年以上

6.5 - 12 million yen
