Responsibilities

経理・財務本部 経理部 決算・開示グループにて、連結決算実務の責任者としてチームを率いながら、以下の業務を担当いただきます。

• 連結決算業務（海外グループ会社経理とのコミュニケーション、連結パッケージ確認、連結精算表および関連資料作成）
• 開示書類作成業務（決算短信、半期報告書・有価証券報告書、会社法計算書類、英文財務諸表作成）

入社後まずは現実務責任者とともに一定期間、連結決算/開示作成の取り纏めを行っていただきます。国内外グループ会社や社内関連部門と連携し、業務全体を円滑に推進していただくとともに、部下のマネジメントや育成にも注力していただきます。

Requirements

応募要件:

• 上場会社での連結決算・開示業務経験、連結決算システム使用経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEICスコア600点以上）

歓迎要件:

• グローバルメーカー勤務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 部署のマネジメント、後輩育成経験
