Responsibilities

• プロジェクト契約段階でのお客様品質要求の確認/調整
  • お客様から提示される品質要求を詳細に確認し、当社の要件と整合させるための調整を行います。お客様とのコミュニケーションを通じて、双方が納得できる品質基準を策定します。
• プロジェクト契約段階での品証関連全体費用の見積業務
  • 品質保証関連の費用見積を行い、品質管理や検査・試験に必要なリソースや費用を算出します。正確な見積もりを行うことで、プロジェクトの収益性と実行可能性を確保します。
• プロジェクト受注後の品質保証におけるお客様窓口業務および社内取り纏め業務
  • プロジェクト受注後は、お客様との品質保証に関する窓口として対応し、迅速かつ適切に対応します。また、社内の関連部門と連携し、品質保証業務を取り纏めます。品質保証計画書の策定も非常に重要な業務の一つです。
• デザインレビューによる設計品質の確保
  • 設計段階でデザインレビューを実施し、設計品質を確認します。設計上の問題点を早期に発見し、対策を講じることで、後工程での品質問題を未然に防ぎます。
• 国内外パートナー会社からの購入品に対する品質保証/品質管理業務
  • 国内外のパートナー会社から調達する機器の品質保証・品質管理を行います。必要に応じてパートナー会社の製作工場を訪問し、当社が要求する品質の確保に努めます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外パートナー会社と英語でコミュニケーションを図り、問題解決に向けたアクションを取ることができる実行力及び調整力。
• 問題解決に向けて社内外関係者を巻き込んで業務遂行できる牽引力
• 基本的なOAスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等）
• 業務に必要な知識は入社後に習得いただけます。

歓迎条件：

• 発電用タービンの基本的な構造・機能に関する知識や業務経験
• 図面読解力
• 非破壊検査の資格（PT、MT、UT、RT等）
• QC検定2級以上
