Responsibilities

脱炭素社会実現に向けた発電用ガスタービンの設計業務具体的には:①機器全体の開発・計画②構造設計③要素設計(燃焼器・タービン・圧縮機)など※候補者様のご経歴やご希望を伺い、親和性のあるポジションにて配属を決めさせていただきます。

• 世界トップクラスのシェアを誇る最先端のガスタービンの計画段階から試運転まで一貫した業務を担当します。
• 同じ敷地内に総合研究所があるため、研究チームと密に関わりながら開発を主導しています。
• 世界各国の発電ビジネスに携わったり、海外事務所での開発業務を行うなどグローバルな環境に身を置くことが可能です。
• リモートワークが普及しており、育児や介護などの事情がある方でもワークライフバランスを大切にしています。
• 定期的な面談もあるため風通しの良い環境にて働きます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• チームでの業務遂行スキル、コミュニケーションスキル、協調性、調整能力
• 論理的な思考力

【語学力】

• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション

歓迎条件:

• 基本的な機械工学の知識（流体力学、材料力学、熱力学、力学）
