Responsibilities

将来の防衛固定翼機事業の立ち上げに向けた各種設計開発業務やプロジェクトマネジメントをご担当いただきます。お持ちのご経験・スキルをもとに、以下いずれかのポジションをご対応頂きます。※それぞれ①～②のポジションで、それぞれ複数名の採用を計画しております。＜設計開発＞①将来防衛固定翼機に向けた技術検討やお客様への事業提案等②将来防衛固定翼機に求められる機能・性能を導出するためのMission Engineering入社後は、専門領域のスペシャリスト又は、チームのリーダーとして活躍いただきたいと考えています。※英語スキルをお持ちの方は適性を鑑み、協業先企業や政府関係者との協議において国内のみならず、海外出張の機会が多数あります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 機械、情報、電気、物理、数学のいずれかに関する基礎知識、もしくは技術的な業務経験を有する方
• 技術的な業務経験を持ち、上記業務を積極的に学び取り組む意欲がある方。

※経験者が少ない領域のため、異業界からのチャレンジも歓迎です。例えば、自動車・ロボット業界出身の方の応募もお待ちしております。

• 英語力：TOEIC（R）600点以上、またはLinguaskill Business(Writing・Speakingいずれも) B1High以上相当
