Responsibilities

• 海外拠点マネジメントと拠点運営戦略/組織立案/推進
• 海外拠点における新商品の推進サポート（体制整備等ため短期出張等もあり）
• 海外拠点のミドル/バック業務支援。財務/会計/税務/法務/システム等本社コーポレートスタッフ部門や専門家と連携し拠点運営をサポート
• 若手グローバル人材の育成　等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 職務内容の業務経験
• 英語（TOEIC800点以上/英語でのコミュニケーションに問題がないレベル）
• 金融機関/商社等での国際業務経験（企画/人事/財務/経理/税務/法務のいずれかの経験を有すること）
• ビジネスに必要なWord/PowerPoint/Excel等運用力
