Responsibilities

①国内のオルタナティブ投資市場の動向や規制構造と、同社グループの強みを踏まえて、事業パートナー、その他ステークホルダーのリソースを活用して、販売を通じた収益力の強化という新規事業の戦略立案および推進体制の開発を行う②事業会社・出資先の資産流動化に資するストラクチャーの組成及び組成の為のパートナー開拓、主導・組成するストラクチャーに対する株主としてのサポート③既存事業の発展に資するグループ会社内関連部署との協働推進　等

Requirements

必須条件:

• 海外ビジネスや新規ビジネス立上げへの強い関心と経験
• オルタナティブ投資におけるストラクチャリング/販売（または投資一任）経験
• TOEIC 800点以上（読み書き/会話ともにビジネス利用経験必須）

歓迎条件:

• 新規事業立ち上げ、または投資関連業務に関する実務経験
• プロジェクト/マネジメントもしくはチームリーディング経験
• 金融関連規制、経営情報、財務情報の収集/分析/活用に関する知識/経験
