Responsibilities

＜大手自動車メーカーと直取引×自社内開発／最先端車載技術に携わりスキルアップ×賞与年最大4回の高待遇環境／選べる3つの働き方でライフイベントにも対応／売上高170億以上で急成長中＞
■業務概要：

• 各自動車メーカー様向けのIVIシステムの評価や、スマホアプリの評価を中心とした評価業務に携わっていただきます。

※正社員として採用し、在籍出向として業務に携わっていただきます。
■業務の特徴：

• 面談を通して得意分野や希望を伺いながら一緒に役割／業務範囲を定義します。
• 案件毎に社内のスペシャリストがプロジェクトチームを組んで課題解決にあたるスタイルです。

経験分野で実績がある方については、リーダーやマネージャーの役割を担っていただきます。新たな挑戦やインプットが必要となる領域の場合は、配属先の部署で経験豊富な先輩からの丁寧な指導や研修があるのでご安心ください。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• SQAリーダーなどのソフトウェア品質のリーダー経験
• 車載ソフトウェアにおけるテスト計画／設計経験
• 普通自動車運転免許または普通二輪運転免許保有

■歓迎条件：

• ソフトウェア開発経験者
