Responsibilities

海外エンジンメーカーいずれかの機種のお客様に対する品質保証部門のメンバーとして、下記のような業務に携わります。

• 顧客から受けた品質保証要求の社内プロセスへの落とし込み、社内生産部門やサプライヤーへ展開
• 設計・製造工法・工程のレビューや品質保証計画の策定
• 品質課題や不適合事象に対する社内生産部門やサプライヤー、顧客（海外エンジンメーカー）との検討・折衝
• サプライヤーに対する品質保証上のリスクを洗い出す監査、およびリスクへの支援等の品質保証活動
• 顧客（海外エンジンメーカー）の監査・各種審査等対応

※担当する海外エンジンメーカーの担当者とのコミュニケーションが多く発生します。メール（毎日）／電話・リモート会議（週3～4回）

Requirements

必須条件:【担当者クラス】 

• 品質保証や品質管理等、生産や品質に関わる何らかの業務経験をお持ちの方 

【リーダー・マネジメントクラス】 

• 品質保証の業務経験をお持ちの方 
• 自身や部門、チーム等における何らかの業務課題や品質課題等に向き合って、解決に向けた検討を行った経験 
• メンバーのリードあるいはマネジメント経験
