Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 顧客からの不具合情報を受領し、責任部門（国内工場、海外工場）へ情報展開をして原因調査と対策を依頼する。
• 顧客不具合に対し責任部門から原因と対策内容を受領し、顧客への報告書の作成と報告を行う。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 自動車、電子部品業界で技術部門または品質保証業務として3年以上の実務経験、納期管理できる方
• 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に品質対応ができる方 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
• 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
• 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方
