Company overview

We are a company that provides contract manufacturing services for automotive components, precision molded products, and various manufacturing equipment. In addition, we develop, manufacture, and sell connectors, sensors, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and other products under our own brand.

Responsibilities

各事業部の輸出入手配をメインに業務を行っていただきます:

• 輸出入手配（出荷書類作成、フォワーダーとの交信など）
• 国内出荷手配（送り状作成など）
• 請求書計上（輸送費の振り分け、請求書処理など）
• 他事務全般
• 保険・請求書処理は月数回程度です。また将来的には国内外の拠点や工場を対象に、年1回程度の出張も想定しています。

Requirements

• 貿易関連の実務経験
• 英語力がある方（目安：TOEIC600点以上…メール／チャットのやり取りメイン、基礎的なリーディング、ライティングができるレベル）
• Excelスキルをお持ちの方（入力作業や基礎的なデータ集計など）

歓迎条件:

• 貿易関連の資格をお持ちの方
• SAP経験
• Teams、Docuworksの使用経験がある方
