- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute globally and regionally technical support as an adhesive specialist on deep technical knowledge of adhesives.
- Leverage customer feedback to align global/regional SBU projects in creating company values
- Use market and customer analytics to stay up-to-date on evolving industry trends related to adhesive industries for self-development
- Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at company facilities, etc. to solve customer pain points
- Lead the application engineering work and test (application and analytical tests )to ensure quality deliverables for customer support
- Design, improve, and document application engineering processes continuously
- Help to ensure the successful sustainment, development, and enhancement of application engineer work
- Develop and evaluate KPI results and drive innovation and continuous improvement via data driven decisions and actions
- Implement continuous process improvement, including policy and procedures
- Give feedback to and proactively seek it from sales, marketing, PD and innovation team
- Effectively communicate with external stakeholders (end-users, MI's, equipment suppliers) and internal co-workers, managers, and other departments
- Drive development of an end-to-end customer experience from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service with proactively
