Responsibilities

グローバル市場向け、四輪新機種の商品企画において上流となる全体戦略策定を行っていただきます。市場の声を次の製品に活かし顧客価値を最大化する、非常に重要なミッションです。海外現地法人・開発部門と連携を取りながら、市場ニーズのリサーチ、分析、商品の企画・提案など商品企画に関連する一連の業務を行っていただきます。四輪全製品（機種開発前）における以下業務をお任せします。

• 市場動向、顧客ニーズ、競合製品等の分析・予測
• 商品・サービス競争力を踏まえた商品の先行企画
• 売価、コスト、商品性、法規適合性を考慮した各グローバル地域の商品ラインナップ提案
• 関連部門（開発部門、生産部門、現地法人）との商品開発の推進

※開発部門・広報・購買・生産部門など様々な関係者と調整、交渉、提案など関わりを持つ業務で、調整能力・プロジェクト推進能力が問われます。※英語でのメールのやり取り・TV会議、海外出張なども発生します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 営業企画・事業企画・戦略企画・事業推進いずれかの経験3年以上

（※業界製品不問）

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト650点目安）

歓迎条件:

• 製造業（メーカー）出身の方
