Responsibilities

＜担当製品にかかる短・中・長期の戦略策定＞

• 市場状況の分析、予測
• 学術情報の収集、分析ならびに活用
• 新製品導入計画
• グローバルBA、R&D、製造所との協業体制確立
• 販売チャネルの管理

＜担当製品にかかる事業管理＞

• 年度販売計画（予算）の策定、進捗管理とその達成
• ロジスティクス部門との在庫管理
• 営業部門との毎月の販売予測管理
• 製品事故・不具合発生時における品質部門との対応

＜マーケティング活動＞

• KOLマネジメント
• 販売促進計画の立案および実行
• 販売促進ツールの開発および導入
• 営業サポートツールの作成および導入
• 医療従事者へのコミュニケーションプラン策定
• 各種学会、研究会への参加、会場運営
• 製品トレーナーとして社内外製品トレーニングの主催

Requirements

必須要件:

• 医療機器業界でのプロダクトマネジメント経験（5年以上）
• マネジメント経験（3年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
