Responsibilities

• 財務戦略の実行業務（資金調達、株主還元）、分析業務
• グループ財務管理（為替・保険等）
• 海外拠点を含む子会社財務管理サポート（グループ内貸付・配当等）
• 海外案件を含むM&A案件における社内プロジェクトチームへの参画（外部機関を活用したValuation, 財務Due Dilligenceのリード等を含む）

Requirements

必須条件:

• コーポレートファイナンス（財務戦略実務、財務管理、M&A等）に関連する実務経験（5年以上）
• 組織またはプロジェクトのマネージャーとしてピープルマネジメントの経験（2年以上）
• 英語を用いた業務の経験（英語でのメールコミュニケーション、英語資料の読み込みは日常的に発生します。）

歓迎条件:

• 事業会社の経理財務部門、金融機関等での財務実務経験
• コーポレートファイナンス領域の高い専門性の経験（ファイナンス、Valuationのスキル等）
