Responsibilities

• 経営管理・・・業績進捗や各種施策進捗の取りまとめに基づく経営視点での課題抽出、損益改善策の立案等。
• 予算編成・・・グループ全体の予算編成方針の立案、予算プロセスの運営。
• 決算分析・・・予実分析の実施、損益見込みに基づく業績予想の策定、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 月次管理・・・月次損益、リスクモニタリング等に基づく経営進捗状況の取りまとめ、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 管理会計全般・・・管理会計分野における制度企画、設計、運用方針策定等。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ①管理会計や財務会計分野における業務の経験（2年以上）
• ②基本的な会計の知識
• ③英語力（英文資料の確認や海外拠点との英文メールでのコミュニケーションはあります。海外拠点との間での英語会議は業務領域によって使用頻度が異なりますが、基本的な内容を口頭でやり取り出来れば十分です。）
  • 英語の業務利用頻度：文章・多い、会話・中程度
  • 英会話：日常会話可能なレベル
  • 英文：日常用語レベル
  • TOEIC（R）テスト：500点以上　目安のため必達ではない
