Responsibilities

• 経営管理・・・業績進捗や各種施策進捗の取りまとめに基づく経営視点での課題抽出、損益改善策の立案等。
• 予算編成・・・グループ全体の予算編成方針の立案、予算プロセスの運営。
• 決算分析・・・予実分析の実施、損益見込みに基づく業績予想の策定、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 月次管理・・・月次損益、リスクモニタリング等に基づく経営進捗状況の取りまとめ、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 管理会計全般・・・管理会計分野における制度企画、設計、運用方針策定等。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 管理会計や財務会計分野におけるチームリーダーや実務とりまとめ役などのリーダー経験2年以上
• 経営分析レポートを作成するため、プレゼンテーション資料作成経験。（例：役員会資料の作成やその補助業務）
