Responsibilities

• 経営方針及び社会的動向に基づく品質マネジメント活動の企画・実施（品質方針策定、ISO9001認証維持管理、業務品質を確保するための活動など）
• 品質に関する啓蒙活動（品質の重要性を再認識させるための活動の企画・実施）
• 品質不適合事例の分析と業務プロセスの改善施策立案・推進
• 品質に関するデータを収集・分析し、改善施策を立案・推進
• 品質マネジメントに関する内部監査実施
• 各種製品法規制の調査と製品法規制要求事項に応じた対応方針策定・周知。
• ※組織構成：課長1名、実務担当メンバー3名

Requirements

必須条件：

• ①ISO9001規格に準じた品質監査経験が3年以上、国内外の主要な製品法規制の知識のある方。
• ②製品開発、特にソフトウェア開発経験（目安5年以上）のある方。
• ③営業／開発／エンジニアリング／サービス／生産業務等にて、業務プロセス改善（品質不適合の是正活動含む）の経験（目安3年以上）がある方。
• ④ピープルマネジメント経験が3年以上あり、傾聴、共感力を持ち、心理的安全性を構築し、部課や同僚のモチベーションを引き出せる方。
