Responsibilities

• 経営管理・・業績進捗や各種施策進捗の取りまとめに基づく経営視点での課題抽出、損益改善策の立案等。
• 予算編成・・グループ全体の予算編成方針の立案、予算プロセスの運営。
• 決算分析・・予実分析の実施、損益見込みに基づく業績予想の策定、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 月次管理・・・月次損益、リスクモニタリング等に基づく経営進捗状況の取りまとめ、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 管理会計全般・・管理会計分野における制度企画、設計、運用方針策定等。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 売上額1000億円以上の上場企業において、以下業務を少なくとも２つ以上でトータル5年程度の実務経験（５年以上）
• 月次損益等に基づく経営進捗など経営TOPへの報告資料作成（必須）　
• 会計知識をもとに経営管理の観点で業務を遂行
• 予算編成
• 決算分析
• 管理会計全般　
• または、経営企画部門において「専門職としてのマネジメント経験」または「組織横断型PJTのリーダー」の３年程度の経験
