Responsibilities

• グループの温室効果ガス・エネルギー・水削減、環境データ収集・分析、ESG開示・評価対応、サステナビリティ委員会の運営、グループ社員とのコミュニケーションなど、環境やエネルギー、ESG、サステナビリティに関連する業務を、部署のリーダーとして推進する。（具体的な役割は、これらの中からご経験やご要望を勘案して調整、設定します。）
• 経営陣をサポートするコーポレート機能の一員として、社内の色々な部門と協力しながらサステナビリティ目標達成に向けた施策を企画提案、実行する。
• 売上高の海外比率が７０％を超えるため、海外についてもグループ拠点を支援し、目標達成に向けて協力する。（ビジネスレベルの語学力が必要。）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 温室効果ガス・エネルギー削減、環境推進の分野、あるいはサステナビリティ／ESG（レポーティング、ESG評価対応等）の分野で、リーダーとしての業務経験がある方（目安1年以上）
• 語学力：国内外の関係者に対し、日本語および英語（目安:TOEIC(R)テスト700点以上）でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（オンライン会議、メール、資料作成、プレゼンテーションなど。）
• 英会話：ビジネス会話可能なレベル
• 英文：ビジネス文書可能なレベル
