Responsibilities

営業品証・内部統制業務:

• 事業本部におけるQMS（品質マネジメントシステム）の整備、および運用に関する助言
• 事業本部におけるEMS（環境マネジメントシステム）の整備、および運用に関する助言
• 事業本部内組織の品質内部監査
• 事業本部内組織へのQMS・EMSに関わる教育・啓蒙活動
• 子会社3社のQMS（品質マネジメントシステム）の整備、および運用に関する助言
• 子会社3社の品質内部監査
• 子会社内部統制の支援業務

-本社の規定するQMS・EMS以外の内部統制ルールに従った制度や仕組みのモニタリング

• 事業本部内の内部統制に関する事務局

-15の内部統制のうち1～2つを予定（入社翌年度以降）

Requirements

• 海外拠点メンバーと英語で意思疎通ができる方（おおよそTOEIC(R)600点以上）
• 主にQMSに関する質疑応答や本社からの指示などを英文メールでやりとりする。
• 主にQMSに関するクラリフィケーションのため、オンライン会議に出席し、相手方と直接口頭でコミュニケーションを図る。
• 品質内部監査で英語の資料をもとに英語でやりとりを行う。
• 新しいことに対する学習意欲のある方、また探求心のある方。
• チームで協力し合って仕事をし、チームとして質の高いアウトプットを出すことに心を配れる方。
• 多様性ある環境下で、柔軟な考えのもと、与えられた役割を全うできる方。
• 論理立てて話を構築、展開し、相手の理解を得られるよう粘り強く交渉できる方。
