Responsibilities

• 当社の主力事業であるプロダクト本部において、マーケティング（デジタルマーケティングを含む）を活用したビジネスモデルの構築に取り組んで頂きます。
• インバウンドマーケティングの強化。Web・コンテンツマーケティング強化による、問い合わせ件数増を狙う為の企画・実行。

-Webトラフィック、問い合わせ状況などの現状分析と改善-海外拠点と連携したマーケティング施策の提案と実行

• 海外市場でのオンラインビジネスモデルの構築

-Ecommerceモデル実現の為の、マーケティング活動（ビジネスモデルの検討、計画策定、実行支援）

• インターナルコミュニケーションの強化

-チーム内外のコミュニケーションを円滑にし、モチベーションを高める環境の構築

• 共通して、社内外のステークホルダーとの調整やマーケティング活動としての定量・定性情報の収集と分析及び分析結果に基づく戦略の策定を含みます。
• 出張頻度: 国内：2回／年　海外：1回／年

Requirements

• 英語及び日本語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方
• マーケティング知識、数値分析能力、実務経験
• チームリーダーとして、チームメンバーを率いた経験のある方（３年以上を目安）
• 国内外・社内及び社外のステークホルダーと協力して仕事を進める為のコミュニケーション能力
• セルフモチベート型に、自ら学び、課題を整理し、必要な業務を定義してプロジェクトを推進できる方
• 顧客志向をもち、マーケティングなどの知識を活用し粘り強くプロジェクトに取り組める方
