Our client is a real estate developer and an investment company that also invests in related business areas.

Responsibilities

Depending on your suitability and preferences, you will be assigned to one of the following teams.
Main responsibilities:

• Fund Operation Team
  • Reporting to overseas and domestic investors regarding the operational funds (from opportunistic to core).
  • General cash management operations (capital calls, capital reductions, dividend responses, etc.).
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing operations and audit responses for each fund’s overseas and domestic vehicles (IFRS and JGAAP).
  • Coordination, quality control, and monitoring of external accounting firms entrusted with SPC accounting operations.
• Corporate Accounting Team
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial closing operations and audit responses for operating companies/SPCs (including M&A target companies), primarily based on international accounting standards.
  • Coordination and monitoring of cash management for operating companies/SPCs in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements and consolidated financial reports.
  • Coordination and monitoring of operations with external accounting firms entrusted with accounting operations.
  • Reporting to the Singapore headquarters.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Over 3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, investment, or finance
• Business-level Excel skills (able to handle functions like VLOOKUP and SUMIF sufficiently)
• Basic English skills (able to read and write emails)
• University degree or higher

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate industry or fund management industry
• Experience in dealing with overseas offices
• Holding qualifications such as US CPA, CPA, tax accountant, etc.
• Accounting experience under international accounting standards
