Responsibilities

• Adeccoグローバルで提供されている人事システム「SAP Success Factors」の運用・管理。
• グローバル基準に則った社員データ管理とともに、KPIとなる指標の算出、分析。
• 既存システムの運用フローやプロセスの問題点を抽出し、改善や効率化の提案・実施。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語力（会議やメールでビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーションが必要になります）
• データベースやExcel に関する基礎知識

歓迎条件：

• 人事システム経験者（SAP Success Factors や workdayならば尚よい）
• 1000人規模の会社での人事経験
• 人員管理やデータ集計/分析（ヘッドカウント、FTE、ジェンダー、ダイバーシティ、人件費など）
• Power BI や Power Automate 等の Power Platform 経験者
