Responsibilities

【入社後に任せる業務】

• 既納顧客（エンドユーザ：半導体装置メーカー）に対するXYステージ、真空エアサーボステージのメンテナンス
• 海外顧客でのフィールドサービス（保守点検・修理対応など）
• 海外顧客の生産稼働維持、効率化に対する社内外への提案・企画立案
• ステージ調整技術・知識の習得
• 海外サプライヤーとの交渉や海外顧客へのサービス提案等
• 社内関係部門の支援（協力要請に応じ適宜対応）
• 海外工場での装置据付、立上げ、検査業務

【出張頻度・出張先】

• 出張は国内（埼玉、茨城、長野、熊本）・海外（米国、台湾、韓国、中国、欧州）で、国内外併せて月3～5回程度（フィールドメンテナンス作業）。　
• 繁忙期は月残業15~20時間程度

Requirements

• 半導体製造装置のメンテナンス（又は関連業務）の経験があること
• 海外出張経験があること（米国、韓国、中国、欧州）
• 半導体製造装置（又は関連装置）の基礎知識があること
• 英語力

【使用ツール、資格】自動車普通免許【英語】TOEIC700点以上、メール・マニュアル読解：中級レベル、電話・商談：中級レベル
