Responsibilities

【入社後に任せる業務】

• 事業部内安全衛生維持、改善。啓蒙
• 安全衛生パトロール、会議体の主催
• 製造所内安全衛生パトロール、会議体への参加
• 職場安全衛生、環境対策への協力
• カーボンニュートラル目標達成に向けた対策立案、実行
• 役所関連諸手続き
• BCP取り纏め

【出張頻度・出張先】

• 基本的に製造所内での業務になります。
• 外部教育機関での受講、資格取得のための受験等の場合は、都度出張していただきます。

Requirements

• 予定外の事態に対し柔軟に素早く対応することができる
• 人に働きかけ、多くの人と関係を築く
• 人に気を配り、親身にサポートする

以下いずれかの経験:

• 現場労働者を持つ職場で、安全衛生管理、労務管理、環境整備等を行った経験があること
• 機械、電機メーカ等でBCP/BCM構築・管理維持、安全衛生管理、環境整備等を行った実務経験が５年以上あること
• ISO45001、ISO140001監査受審対応、職場内取り纏め

【知識・専門性】

• リスクアセスメント作成（安全衛生、環境）、安全衛生・環境関連法令への対応経験

【使用ツール、資格】

• 職長教育受講
