Responsibilities

• 経営権移行に伴い、既存システムをサポートしながら新会計システムの導入をリードする
• 新システム導入プロジェクト終了後はスムーズな運用をリードする
• ビジネスサイドからの業務リクエストを収集、要件を定義、ベンダーマネジメントを行う
• ユーザーテストを計画し実施する（UATケース作成、テスト参加）
• サブプロジェクトのマネジメント  など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 会計知識（総勘定元帳／売掛金／買掛金）
• ERP・受発注システムの運用経験3年以上
• ビジネスにおける英語使用経験（読み書き必須）TOEIC(R)730点以上
• ビジネスレベルの日本語（日本のカルチャーになじみフィットしていること）
• 複雑なビジネス要件を分析し、技術的ソリューションに変換する能力
• チームワーク、ファシリテーション、ネゴシエーションを含む対人スキル
• 独立して働き、自発的に動きプロジェクトやサポート活動を遂行する能力
• 優れた企画力と実行力
