• コーポレートガバナンス向上に向けた企画、立案、推進

Requirements

■必須条件：

• IR、SRなどのステークホルダーとの対話に関する業務
• 日本語（ビジネスレベル）／英語（日常会話レベル）

■歓迎条件：

• 商事法務の経験
• 会社法、金商法、上場規則、コーポレートガバナンスコード等、商事法務に関する必要な知識
