Responsibilities

• 全国ディーラー工場を訪問し、安全、環境に関するチェックおよび改善サポートを実施。
• 現場優先、三現主義（現場、現物、現実）に基づく安全や環境の現状把握と問題発見、課題解決。
• 整備工場における労働災害の撲滅に向けた企画立案、計画策定およびその実行。
• 安全や環境に関するトレーニングの企画立案及びその実行
• UDトラックスの販売部門における安全衛生委員会や安全会議の開催
• 安全、環境に関する法令改正時などの対応
• 部署の業務サポート、関連会議・プロジェクトへの参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• 安全衛生、環境等に関する基本的な知識、職務経験
• 法令、規則等の理解力に優れること

歓迎条件：

• 自動車整備事業における経験やそれに類する知識
• 大型車の車両構造、整備方法に関する知識
• 大型車メーカーなどでの業務経験
• 英語力
