Our client operates the credit card business for a leading Japanese e-commerce firm and is one of Japan’s largest issuers of credit cards. Our client brings together the strengths of major credit card firms and is renowned for its status in the Japanese world of e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• 総務部としては、庶務業務、ファシリティ業務、購買委託に関わる業務、取締役会の運営や組織変更に関わる業務と幅広い業務内容になっております。
• オフィス環境を改善しながらガバナンスを強化するという守りと攻めの業務を行う部署となります。
• 取締役の運営及び、社外取締役対応及びグループ外の株主対応
• 規程規則等の主管部署としての業務
• 組織変更に関わる業務　など

Requirements

• TOEIC(R)600点以上をお持ちの方、もしくは入社後800点取得を目指して取り組める方※ご受験歴のない方については選考過程でTOEIC(R)を受験いただく可能性がございます。

下記いずれかのご経験を有する方:

• 取締役会・株主総会の事務局運営の経験のある方
• 総務部の経験が3年以上ある方

• 会社法の知識がある方
• 規程規則の管理経験がある方
