Responsibilities

• AIマッチング戦略の立案・実行
• AIマッチングソリューションの企画・設計
• 機械学習および深層学習技術を用いたAIマッチングアルゴリズムの開発・改良
• データ分析とモデル評価
• AIマッチングシステムのプロトタイプ開発および本番環境への導入、運用・改善
• クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携

プロダクトマネージャー、データサイエンティスト、エンジニアなど他部門と協力し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献ユーザーからのフィードバックを収集し、システムの改善に反映

Requirements

■必須条件：（１）プロダクトマネージャー【必須要件】①プロダクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトマネジメントにおける実務経験（目安3年以上）　②英語でのコミュニケーション力（ビジネスレベル）（２）ビジネスDX企画【必須要件】　①事業・ビジネスプロセス改善に向けた、デジタル活用の立案経験、デジタルサービス企画経験②データを根拠としたビジネス課題発掘、企画立案経験③英語でのコミュニケーション力（ビジネスレベル）
