Responsibilities

◎海外大学／学生向けリクルーティング戦略の設計と実行◎部門長・MGRとの採用計画・要件定義のディスカッション、戦略立案◎応募意思形成～内定承諾までの選考プロセス運用└学生ごとにカスタマイズされた選考設計└ 英語面接の実施└クロージング施策の実施◎採用KPI設計、モニタリング、分析と改善提案◎海外大学・学生との関係構築◎採用イベント（国内外）の企画・運営◎ビジネス職全体の採用支援（既存メンバーとの連携）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（人事領域であれば尚可）
• 採用や人材領域への高い関心・主体性（新卒採用の経験は必須ではありません）

■歓迎条件：

• グローバル人材の採用実務経験
• IT／Webサービスなど近しい業界での人事／人材領域経験
