Responsibilities

• 同社におけるサプライチェーンのリードタイム短縮が顧客の拡大のサポートと販売機会ロス軽減に直結するため、努力の成果が目に見えるやりがいのある業務です。
• 勤務地は、商品の管理・運営がされているフルフィルメントセンターのオフィスです。
• 関係者同士のコミュニケーションを考慮するためのハブ的なポジションであり、重要な役割配置です。
• ファッションや物流の深い知識を得て、業務対応をすることでビジネスのバランス感覚を学ぶこともできます。

業務詳細:

• 取引先との到着・返送の運用業務
• 各種データの登録やシステム連携
• 不具合調整および改善対応
• オープンブランド運用の設計・調整
• 商品関連の運用業務および管理
• 商品仕様や不具合に関する取引先との確認・調整
• 顧客からの問い合わせに基づく商品調達対応

Requirements

• 問題解決力（社内関係者、取引先様（ブランド）に対して問題をよくに伝え、解決に向けたアクションを調整する） 
• 基本的なPCスキル（PC操作におけるショートカットや各種設定を理解している）
• 中級レベルのExcelスキル（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等）
• 社内外のアパレル関係者と良好な関係を維持しつつ、柔軟に調整できる方
• 他責ではなく自意識で、自ら中心となって解決しようとする姿勢を重んじる方

歓迎条件:

• ECビジネスにおけるサプライチェーン関連の運用・管理経験
• アパレルメーカーでのDB（ディストリビューター）や商品管理職経験
• リーダー職経験
