Responsibilities

• 日本人高校生の米英大学進学、ベトナム・インドネシア人等高校生の日本の大学進学のための奨学金事業を中心に、難民支援、国際相互文化理解等の財団活動を、理事会にて決定した方針に対して推進していく業務です
• 法令遵守・全体ガバナンスに拠り、内閣府、各事業におけるパートナー、受益者、役員、関係部署、他のステークホルダーと折衝をしつつ、着実に運営を遂行頂きます
• 現状の財団業務にとどまらない社会貢献へつながる施策の立案・実行も期待されます

Requirements

■必須条件＜業務経験＞以下いずれかのご経験

• 財団や非営利法人等の運営に携わったご経験
• 経理財務・会計監査・経営企画など、事業収支の管理に携わったご経験

＜スキル＞

• 英語ビジネスレベル（読み書き、口頭でのコミュニケーション）、日本語ネイティブレベル
