Responsibilities

＜グループ人事局＞

• 海外勤務者派遣に関する諸制度の整備と運用強化
• 海外現地法人における人事・報酬制度の企画・立案
• 海外現地法人HR担当との知見交換および運用の最適化
• 国内外におけるグローバル人材の育成　など

＜グローバル人材開発センター＞以下の各種のプロジェクトの推進

• グローバル人材採用施策
• 社員のグローバルビジネススキルの開発支援施策
• 海外ビジネス関係グループ会社向け各種褒賞制度や就労環境整備施策

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 海外留学や現地駐在の海外生活経験、またはグローバルビジネスに関連する実務経験が3年以上ある方
• 日系企業グローバル部門での人事経験もしくは外資企業でのHR実務経験が5年以上がある方
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力（TOEIC900点以上もしくは英検1級相当）※スコアより実力重視
• 5人以上チームの管理職経験もしくはプロジェクトマネジメント経験がある方
