Responsibilities

• 海外子会社・海外支店等の管理・統制に係る企画、制度設計、ならび海外子会社・海外支店等の業務支援に関わって頂きます。
• 海外拠点の立場や状況を理解した上で、本社のガバナンス方針に沿った対策を企画立案・実行いただきます。また、一定の担当地域や拠点を持ち、各地域の規制や商慣習についての専門性も養っていただきつつ、海外子会社の経営陣・拠点長やアドミン責任者と密に連携をしながら業務を遂行いただきます。
• グローバルガバナンスルールの策定と海外拠点への導入・運用・モニタリング
• 豪州・北米・アジアにおける地域統括会社の運営支援
• 買収会社を含む海外拠点の経営支援、事業連携支援
• 海外拠点の株主総会、取締役会等の機関運営の支援
• 海外拠点経営管理の高度化（デジタルツールの活用等）
• グローバルガバナンス部／地域統括会社の予算策定・管理、など

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 資料作成・プレゼンなど、所謂コンサルタントに求められる基本スキル及び素養

歓迎条件:

• 業務プロセスの設計経験
• 社内規程を扱った業務経験（日本語・英語問わず）
• トップマネジメントへの報告資料作成経験
• 海外現地事業会社で勤務経験
