Responsibilities

• 海外事業戦略／地域戦略の立案、海外事業会社経営陣との戦略協議／実行推進
• 海外事業の成長支援（PJ、M&A、PMI支援）
• 海外事業ガバナンスの方針設計
• 海外事業会社オペレーション支援（社内決裁取得サポート、重要経営会議体の運営支援）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記のいずれかの業務にメンバーとして関わったことがある経験（国内でも可）
  • 海外グループ会社管理・支援、経営企画、事業企画、業務プロセス改善・コンサルティング業務
  • 英語ビジネスレベル
