Responsibilities

◇メイン業務

• 中間・期末の評価対応（オペレーション）
• 内部昇格プロセスの運用

◇サブ業務

• 制度運営（業務システムの運用）
• 各種資料・データ作成
• 対象者とのコミュニケーション
• 組織体制の変更対応
• 入退社・人員管理  

Requirements

■必須条件：

• プロフェッショナルファームでのご就業経験
• 役員人事経験（人事全般の基礎知識）
• 英語でのやりとり（ビジネスでの使用経験Must）（TOEIC(R)800点）

■歓迎条件：

• HRBP、評価
