We are a company that develops, manufactures, and sells sporting goods, and we have earned a particularly strong reputation for our running shoes and apparel products. We pursue functionality and comfort that meet customer needs, and our products are supported by a wide range of people, from athletes to general users. In addition, we conduct research and development based on sports science and are always in pursuit of innovation. Furthermore, with the aim of creating a sustainable society, we are actively involved in environmentally friendly product manufacturing and social contribution activities.

Responsibilities

• 中期経営計画および年次目標策定のための情報収集：： 販売会社別の損益分析、予測分析、市場シェア分析、競合分析の実施
• 主要販売地域におけるシェア拡大、KPI 達成のための行動計画を策定、進捗管理：各販売会社の課題抽出・検討および各販売会社のカウンターパート部門と連携した対策実施（例：対策戦略の策定、競合分析など）
• 収益基盤のさらなる強化と持続的成長を実現するための行動計画の策定：
  • チャネル別の戦略立案
  • PSI（生産/販売/在庫）の管理と予測との整合性確保保 低価格商品および旧製品の取扱い方針の確立
• Running Ecosystem を拡大・推進しブランド体験価値を高める

Requirements

必須経験 ：

• スポーツ用品・スポーツライフスタイル・アパレルファッション業界への深い理解
• スポーツ・ライフスタイル業界のトレンドと発展に関する洞察力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）（TOEIC：850 以上）
• プレゼンテーション能力に長けていること
• 売上/収益データを読み取り、結論を導き出す強い分析力
• 優れたコミュニケーション力/交渉力/影響力
• 年1-2 回程度のアジア、米国、欧州など世界各地への出張が可能であること（初年度は未定）
