Responsibilities

• サービスビジネスの収益化に向けた新規サービスメニューの企画立案、各販社との調整業務
• サービス事業のP/Lの定義・可視化に関し、関係部門と協力し企画立案し実行を支援する
• アイケア事業に関する新規ビジネスの企画・立案に際し、担当者として業務を推進する
• アイケア事業に関する中期経営計画の策定業務において、担当する事項に対する調査・計画策定
• 上記に関わるプロジェクトの進捗管理、管理に必要な会議運営、報告資料作成

【責任範囲】

• 担当職、もしくはエキスパート職としての採用、上長（プロジェクトリーダー、課長）の指示に基づいて業務を推進する
• 上長より権限移譲された範囲で担当者・もしくはエキスパート職としての責任を持つ

Requirements

• メーカーもしくはサービス事業における企画部門での業務経験をお持ちの方
• プロジェクトマネージメント（計画立案、進捗管理、会議運営）に関する知識・経験をお持ちの方
• 協調性があり,社内外で業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
