Responsibilities

新規事業（Learning & Developmen）の戦略企画～営業等全般をお任せします。営業、外販時の研修運用、型化まであらゆるミッションに積極的に取り組んでいただける方を募集します。

• 社内/社外向け研修プロダクトのブラッシュアップ＆デリバリー
• 社外向け研修プロダクトの販売戦略、既存リードを活用したマーケティング
• 新規営業（営業資料作成、アポイントの取得、提案営業迄）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（必須：議事録が取れるレベル）
• 戦略コンサルティング会社で複数かつ多様なプロジェクトに関わった経験（2年以上）

■歓迎条件：

• 新規事業企画支援経験
• 経営層への営業・交渉経験
