We specialize in business process consulting. We help companies improve their productivity by providing solutions primarily aimed at improving operations and efficiency. We are particularly focused on promoting digital transformation (DX), supporting business reforms that utilize the latest IT technologies. Responsibilities

• 製造業やサービス業に対するビジネス・ITコンサルティングの専門家として、主に下記を担当していただきます。
• DXプランニング、DX推進
• 業務のAs-Is分析・To-Be策定（BPR・BPO）
• PGMO／PMO
• ビジネス要件の定義・最適化
• ビジネスプランおよびビジネスケースの策定
• プロジェクト企画・計画の策定

Requirements

以下のいずれかの要件を満たすこと:

• コンサルティングファームおよびシンクタンク等におけるコンサルティング経験（3年以上）
• SIerとしてシステム開発のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（4年以上）

歓迎条件:

• ビジネス英語
• 会計知識（簿記等）
