Responsibilities

・Webマーケティング戦略の企画／実施／分析∟新規加入者数の増加に向けた施策の立案・分析の実施・アフィリエイトプログラムの活用と管理∟アフィリエイト広告やリンクの選定、報酬計算などを担当・SEO対策の実施を行い、上位表示獲得∟キーワード選定、コンテンツ最適化、外部リンク集め 等・デジタル広告の運用と効果測定∟SEMやSNS広告などの運用、効果測定し最適化までの実施・ウェブサイト改善／コンテンツ戦略：∟ウェブサイトの改善提案とコンテンツ戦略の立案の実施。∟ユーザーエクスペリエンスを向上のための施策立案・実行・競合他社の市場動向の調査と分析∟市場トレンドや競合他社の動向を把握し、施策に反映

Requirements

■必須条件：・Web解析ツール（Google Analyticsなど）の経験・SEO対策やデジタル広告（SEM、SNS、アフィリエイト広告）の運用経験・少人数の組織のマネジメント、リーダー経験■歓迎条件：・ビジネス英語（実務での使用経験があると尚よし）
