Responsibilities

1、プロジェクトマネージメント全般

• プロジェクト全体の計画策定、進捗管理、リスク管理
• チームメンバーおよび関係者との連携・調整
• クライアントのニーズを把握し、要件定義から納品までをリードする

2、クライアントとの折衝・提案

• 経営層や現場部門とのコミュニケーションを通じて、課題を正確に把握し、適切な解決策を提案

3、技術トレンドのキャッチアップと導入

• 最新のクラウドサービス（Azure、AWS、GCPなど）や生成AI技術を理解し、プロジェクトに適用

4、社内リーダーとしての役割

• 部下やチームメンバーの育成
• プロジェクトの成功モデルを組織内に展開し、全体のスキル向上に貢献する

Requirements

■必須条件：

• プロジェクトマネージャまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしての5年以上の実績
• 要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、リリースまでの一連のプロジェクト工程に関する知識

■歓迎条件：

• クラウド環境（Azure、AWS、GCPなど）での設計・開発経験
• DX案件でのプロジェクト推進経験
• PMP資格やクラウド関連資格（Azure Solutions Architect、AWS Certified Solutions Architectなど）保有者
• ビジネス英語スキル
