Responsibilities

SDV事業戦略企画

• 市場分析・予測（ニーズ分析、競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 商品・サービス競争力踏まえた新事業、SDV事業全体の戦略立案
• 目標値の策定・KPIマネジメント

SDV商品企画

• 顧客体験価値を最大化するデジタルプロダクトの企画
• デジタルプロダクト全体を統合した商品企画
• 目標値の策定・KPIマネジメント

Requirements

必須条件：※以下、いずれかの知識・業務経験

• 事業開発／事業企画／顧客体験設計／マーケティング／商品企画いずれか経験3年以上
• 現地法人、海外取引先を含む社内外関係各所と合意形成が可能な対話力
• 目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上

歓迎条件：

• コネクテッドカー、デジタルサービスの戦略企画経験
• AI、クラウド、データ活用・分析、IoT領域における知見
• 社内開発プロセス構築など新規事業に係る業務経験
• MBAまたは、中小企業診断士（相当の資格）
