Responsibilities

• ポンプを生産する海外グループ会社の生産支援役として、以下の業務を担当して頂きます。
• 新規生産ラインの立ち上げ支援
• 生産能力向上に向けた企画立案と支援
• 生産技術／製造技術のノウハウ蓄積と指導
• 業務に慣れた段階でマネージャー（課長）としての活躍を期待しています。

Requirements

• 生産革新活動：TPSに基づく工場内外物流、生産工程の改善経験がある方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
