Key Responsibilities

• Performs monthly, quarterly close activities of Equipment revenue, cost of sales, division expense and related balance sheet accounts
• Understand business deals and ensure accounting transactions in accordance with established procedures and policy. 
•  Interface with various internal business stakeholders (Sales, Order Management, Business Unit, HQ Finance etc.) to provide accounting support for responsible area
•  Participate in various projects (system enhancement/integration, process change for efficiency). 
•  Business partnering with Sales team for headcount and expense forecasting
•  Prepare ad-hoc reporting when requested or needed

Requirements

•  USGAAP accounting knowledge

 Education and Experience

•  Bachelor's Degree or above
•  5+ Years of Experience in accounting role
•  Experience and knowledage in revenue recognition is a plus
•  Work experience in multinational company is preferred
•  Strong excel skills to perform various accounting analysis
•  Experience in SAP, Blackline is preferred
•  Business level of written and verbal communication skills both English and Japanese
