In research and development, we are active in introducing new treatments and technologies to meet the various needs related to vision.

Responsibilities

Head of Engineeringの指揮下にて、Global Product Supplyにおける各種プロジェクトの責任者としてプロジェクトのガバナンス／コンプライアンスを確保しつつプロジェクト目標を確実に達成する。

• プロジェクト計画の策定…プロジェクトの目的や目標を明確にし合理的なスケジュール、予算、人員配置計画する
• チームの編成と管理…プロジェクト実行にむけて必要な要件を洗い出し関係部署と協議／合意を得ながら最適な体制を構築する
• 進捗管理…プロジェクトが計画通りに進行しているかを常に確認し必要に応じて調整を行い、進捗を保証する
• リスク管理…リスクアセスメントを行い、予防対策の実施と対応解決する。

Requirements

必須条件:

• プロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験、医薬品新規工場建設プロジェクトや設備導入プロジェクトのマネジメント経験等（グローバルでの経験歓迎）
• 医薬品の生産プロセスや薬事申請に関する知識
