Responsibilities

■業務範囲：

• ビジネス状況をマネジメントにインプット・アウトプット管理
• オフショアエンジニア（インド）の開発リード
• 顧客開発会議への参加（必要に応じて仕入先や顧客との開発会議への参加）
• 部門横断的なチームと連携して、システムとコンポーネントの機能安全要件を定義する

■業務詳細：＜コミュニケーション・管理＞

• 顧客拠点におけるオフショアおよび部門横断的な調整の管理（プロジェクト管理）

＜開発リーダー＞

• 開発プロセスを主導し、オフショアチームを指導

＜デリバリー調整＞

• プロジェクトのマイルストーンに従ってチームを指導し、オフショア成果物の重要なレビューを担当

＜役割と責任＞◇新規プログラムの技術設計レビュー、ビジネス提案のサポート◇サイバーセキュリティ戦略の策定

• 業界標準（ISO/SAE 21434、UNECE WP.29 など）に準拠した自動車部品のサイバーセキュリティフレームワークを開発・実装
• ECU、インフォテインメント システム、先進運転支援システム（ADAS） などの自動車システムの脅威モデリングとリスク評価

◇実装とテスト

• R&D チームと連携して、車載システムの安全な開発と展開を実現
• 自動車部品の脆弱性評価と侵入テストを実施
• 脆弱性を特定するための自動化ツールとスクリプトを開発

◇コンプライアンスとドキュメント

• 地域および国際的なサイバーセキュリティ規制と標準への準拠を確保します
• 監査や規制への提出用に詳細な技術文書とレポートを準備

◇トレーニングと意識向上

• サイバーセキュリティのベストプラクティスと新たな脅威に関する社内チーム向けのトレーニングセッションを実施
• 特に自動車業界における最新のサイバーセキュリティの動向を常に把握する

Requirements

■必須条件：

• サイバーセキュリティやコンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号、もしくは修士号
• サイバーセキュリティ経験10年以上（内、自動車分野での経験5年以上）
• 組み込みシステムと自動車プロトコル（CAN、LIN、AUTOSAR など）に関する深い知識
• 暗号化方式、PKI、セキュア ブートローダの実装に関する実践的な経験
• サイバーセキュリティ ツール（例: Wireshark、Metasploit、Nessus）に精通していること
